All of our pieces are handmade in about 8 weeks. After the order is placed we begin poduction and contact you when the order ships. All of our pieces are blanket wrapped and shipped nationwide. We have FREE SHIPPING with utmost care for your piece during transit. Damages are extremely rare with our shipping process but if it does occur, we pay for the return or replacement of the item.

Deposits are non refundable and are applied towards your scheduled service.
If you schedule multiple services and cancel a service the deposit that was taken for that specific service will NOT be applied towards your end balance as it will be considered a cancellation.
Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to give yourself enough time to locate the suite and use the restroom. There is a 10 min grace period so if you’re running later than that please communicate with me to see if i can still take you. Any arrivals made after the 10 minute grace period will be subject to a $10 late fee if I’m still able to service you. If I'm unable to service you you will be charged the 25% cancellation fee.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the service rate. If you request to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the service rate along with a NEW deposit. To avoid a cancellation or rescheduling fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you no show you will be banned from future bookings.
